Bring water to a boil. Meanwhile, place a filter in the cone and set over a mug filled  with ice. Use whole ice cubes, not crushed.

Add 2 -3 (coffee) scoops of coffee to the filter. Be generous and we need to brew this strong.

Measure out your coffee grounds

Once the water has come to a boil, let it cool for a minute and then pour slowly  over the grounds. Continue to slowly add the hot water.

That's It !

Once you have brewed your coffee, place the cone filter over another cup of ice and strain the coffee through the grounds a second time. Your coffee gets colder without getting weaker.
