Use up leftover creamer before it expires by blending it with coffee then freezing. These work great in frappes and blended beverages because the cubes don't freeze as solidly when there is dairy in it.

Sugar doesn't dissolve well in cold beverages, so dissolve your sugar in warm coffee then freeze
